Cancellation Policy

We have a 7-day Cancellation policy, which means you have 7 days after Booking your event to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you  must submit a written request no later than7 days of initial booking. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of Booking your event hall. 


How To Start A Refund

To start a cancellation, you can contact us at Heartlineofatl@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted. We will process your refund within 2 days of receipt of cancellation notice. Expect 10 to 15 days to receive your refund. you can always contact us with any questions at Heartlineofatl@gmail.com

Pandemic Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policy for reasons do to federal state or local government mandatory shutdowns or max allowed capacity decreases caused by a global pandemic (COVID-19) where you reserved for more occupants prior to the government lowering max capacity mandates being enforced. You will be issued a full refund of all deposits made or choice of a reschedule date.
